1. LEGAL INFORMATION
In accordance with consumer protection law, these general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively between the company:

2. PRICES
Products are marketed at the prices in effect at the time of order, expressed in euros including all taxes (VAT).
Shipping costs and any additional fees are added to the product price and specified before final order confirmation. The customer accepts these fees by completing the purchase.
3. CONTRACT FORMATION
3.1 Ordering Process
The display of products and services on the Website does not constitute an offer for sale. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during their order.
Once the order is confirmed (by clicking the 'Confirm Order' button), a confirmation email is immediately sent to the customer. This confirmation summarizes the entire order (items, prices, shipping costs).
3.2 Order Confirmation
The sales contract is definitively formed upon receipt by the customer of the payment confirmation email. A second email with the tracking number is sent upon shipment.
3.3 Impossibility of Modification
Any paid and confirmed order cannot be canceled or modified by the customer. The customer may only exercise their right of withdrawal under the conditions specified in Article 4 below.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
4.1 Applicable Law
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason and without penalty.
This period is extended if the last day is a non-business day (holiday or Sunday).
4.2 Exercising the Right

4.3 Return Terms
The customer must return the items within 14 days of exercising their right of withdrawal, in original packaging and in good condition.
Items must be accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and original documentation. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged (beyond normal wear), or does not meet the return conditions will not be refunded.

4.4 Return and Handling Fees
In case of company error, all return costs are borne by CUISINESRANGEMENTSBAINS.FR and the full order amount is refunded.
In case of customer error (wrong reference ordered), a 5% retention of the product purchase price will be applied to the refund to cover return and handling fees. Additionally, shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
Example: Product purchased for €100 in case of customer error = refund of €95 (5% return/handling fees) - shipping costs.
4.5 Additional Retention for Depreciation
In addition to return and handling fees, the company may retain an additional portion of the refund proportional to the depreciation of the product if:
• The returned product has damage beyond normal wear
• The product is not in original packaging or the packaging is damaged
• Items (accessories, manuals, documentation) are missing or damaged
The additional retention will be determined based on the actual condition of the product upon receipt and justified by the company. The company will inform the customer of this retention before the refund.
4.6 Refund
The company processes the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items and verifying their compliance with the return conditions.
The refund is made using the original payment method (credit card or PayPal), deducting any justified retentions.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery Times
The stated delivery times are provided for information purposes and do not constitute a binding deadline. The company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping provider.
The order may be shipped in multiple shipments at no additional cost.
5.2 Shipping Responsibility
Goods are shipped at the customer's risk until receipt. The customer is responsible for receiving the package and its condition upon delivery.
In case of a damaged package upon receipt, the customer must:
• Refuse the package by stating 'PACKAGE REFUSED - DAMAGED'
• File a claim with the shipping provider within 3 days of the delivery attempt
• Confirm this claim by registered mail with return receipt

If these procedures are not followed, the company disclaims any responsibility for refunds of damaged products.
5.3 Packages in Transit
Packages remaining in transit with the shipping provider for more than 15 days will be returned to the supplier. If reshipped, additional fees may be charged. The company will contact the customer to determine the arrangements.
6. PAYMENT
Payment is made by one of the following methods:
• Credit card (secure SSL systems)
• PayPal
• Check (at the address specified in Article 1)

10. DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION
In case of a dispute, the customer may contact the company to seek an amicable solution.
Any dispute arising from or relating to this commercial relationship will be subject to mediation by the Dieppe Mediation and Arbitration Center.
If mediation fails, disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Dieppe Commercial Court in accordance with French law.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of these general terms and conditions is found to be invalid or void, it will be removed without affecting the validity of the other provisions.
Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
